In The
Beginning...
PMCI began in 1998 when a large construction company needed help identifying Preventative Maintenance
procedures for equipment it was installing for a major automotive manufacturer.
The job was to establish the tasks and intervals needed to maintain over 224 pieces of equipment, which
consisted of hot water generators, pumps, heat exchangers, conveyors, filters, control devices, etc. When PMCI finished,
the customer, or end user took control of this equipment with 1,817 yearly PM check sheets that translated into 3,295
estimated man-hours per year.
