o        Gallagher Kaiser Corp

Established equipment, PM, and schedule details for $28 million dollar project. Equipment list and machine identification numbering system was established from project blueprints. PM Procedures were derived from OEM manuals and client details. Schedule was defined and details were loaded into M-Pet for automated operations. The customer received data covering 224 pieces of equipment with 66 associated PM Task which translated into 1,817 PM work orders issued a year, and represented 3,295 PM man hours.

 

o        Giffin International

Equipment list and machine identification numbering system was established from project blueprints. PM Procedures were derived from OEM manuals and client details. Schedule was defined and details were loaded into M-Pet for automated operations. The customer received data covering 52 pieces of equipment with 26 associated PM Task which translated into 571 PM work orders issued a year.

 

o        American Ordnance

On site full review of maintenance operations in the following six areas: Repair work, preventative maintenance work, breakdown logging, automated maintenance management system (CMMS), measurables’ and reporting, and general observation. A seven page report detailing a total of 16 observations and opportunities was delivered to the maintenance manager for determining areas of improvement.

 

o        Grubb & Ellis

Connecticut Client delivered an existing equipment file containing 4,683 identified pieces of equipment to establish PM on. A PM task file was included and contained 1,841 existing PM task. Equipment was reviewed and associated PM task were applied with the appropriate schedule. New PM schedule was established in spreadsheet template for loading into Maximo. Customer received a balanced load file containing data which translated into 6,756 PM work orders issued in a year.

 

Texas Traveled to site and surveyed facility establishing 396 pieces of equipment. A PM task file was included and contained 243 existing PM task. Equipment was reviewed and associated PM task were applied with the appropriate schedule. New PM schedule was established in spreadsheet template for loading into Angus. Customer received a balanced load file containing data which translated into 922 PM work orders issued in a year.

 

Minnesota Client delivered an existing equipment file containing 730 identified pieces of equipment to establish PM on. A PM task file was included and contained 1,841 existing PM task. Equipment was reviewed and associated PM task were applied with the appropriate schedule. New PM schedule was established in spreadsheet template for loading into Maximo. Customer received a balanced load file containing data which translated into 781 PM work orders issued in a year.
